Items are dispatched Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
All orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 working days. 
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
A link to track your order will be sent to you upon shipment.

Shipping Cost

Hong Kong: Free shipping
Mainland China: HK$60
Rest of the world: HK$250

Taxes & Duties

Items are shipped delivered duty unpaid (DDU), therefore delivery to countries outside of Hong Kong SAR may be subject to local import taxes, which are the recipient’s responsibility. 
The shipping company may contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time. It will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release goods held at customs. 
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and can not inform you what the cost would be in advance as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
