Return & Exchange

Please email us at info@matthui.co if you would like to return an item, refund or exchange will only be considered within 14 calendar days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

We will only cover return costs for faulty items. Sale items, shipping costs, duties and import taxes are non-refundable. When returning an item, please retain proof of dispatch from a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance, otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned goods.

After we have received returned goods, we will decide whether to approve or reject the refund. we will issue a refund receipt automatically via email and the refund will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase within 10 business days after the approval. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. You can always contact us for any return questions at info@matthui.co.
